Pippa Swap! operates as a subscription plan. Simply sign up and choose your plan (3 Play Kits - 3 months, 6 Play Kits-half year, or 12 Play Kits-annually), and you'll receive a Play Kit filled with delightful toys. Every month, a Play Kit with different toys will be sent to you. When it's time to return and swap for the next Play Kit, pack the toys back as neatly as possible in the box. We'll send you a reminder to have them ready for collection on the specified date. Our team will pick up the Play Kit and swap. We take care of curating the toys and delivering them to you, so you can simply relax and enjoy playing. Hooray!

Our toy collection caters to babies, toddlers, and children up to 4 years old. We'll pick the right Play Kit from our curated toys library that developmentally appropriate for your little one.

Subscribing our toy rental plan allows you to experience the joy of high-quality toys at a fraction of the cost. It means your child can enjoy fresh, new toys every month, keeping them entertained and helping them develop new skills with each toy set they receive. By renting, you not only save time and money that would have been spent on searching for and purchasing new toys, but you also preserve your sanity by providing your little one(s) with high-quality, educational toys. You won't even have to worry about the hassle of donating, disposing, or dealing with the complexities of selling toys through online marketplaces. We take care of all of that for you, leaving you with more time to play and relax!

Every toy that is returned to us undergoes a rigorous cleaning and sterilization process. Each toy is assessed, checked and graded, according to the material it is made from and the condition it has been returned in. We utilize cleaning products specifically designed for children's toys, sourced from brands known for their high professional standards.

Our subscription was designed with your child and the planet in mind. You will receive a Play Kit every month, allowing your little one to explore and develop a wide range of skills while minimising unnecessary shipping and contributing to environmental sustainability.

We understand that kids may get attached to certain toys, and if you wish to keep them, we offer a discounted price on the toy of your choice. Simply inform us, and we'll organise it for you.

Absolutely! If you wish to keep a toy in your rotation for an extended period, simply contact us, and we will make all the necessary arrangements for you.

A refundable deposit of HK$500 is required upon initial sign-up. This deposit will be returned to you when you complete your subscription and return all toys in their original condition.

The deposit serves to cover any expenses related to missing or damaged toys, as well as delivery charges.

You will receive a reminder to prepare your toys for return and exchange for the next Play Kit. Please ensure that the toys are ready for collection in their original toy bags and box. On the specified date, our team will pick up and swap the box on the specified date.

If a delivery, return, or swap appointment is missed, a HK$200 administrative fee will be charged.

We offer free shipping to Hong Kong Island , Kowloon, and certain parts of the New Territories that are accessible by car

For Orders to Outlying Islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Peng Chau) will be delivered and returned via SF Express Cash on Delivery. Pipa Swap will only cover the cost of return.

Your toys will be delivered without their original packaging, and they will be placed in reusable boxes. Our service significantly reduces toy packaging waste, leading to substantial energy savings in recycling processes.
